These UV broadband mirrors are multilayer dielectric mirrors designed to provide and average reflectance≥ 99% over a broad spectral range and angle of incidence. They use high quality UV Fused Silica substrates so that they can be used with high power excimer, argon or Nd: YAG lasers.
